اختراعات ثبت شده

1- طراحی و ساخت دستگاه هاپکینسون بار کششی با ظرفیت بالا. این طرح رتبه سوم جشنواره جوان خوارزمی را کسب کرد.

2- طراحی و ساخت دستگاه خمش صفحه ای: این طرح علاوه بر ثبت حقوقی ثبت علمی نیز گردید.

3- طراحی و ساخت دستگاه هاپکینسون بار کششی با ظرفیت پائین: این طرح در یکی از جشنواره های کشوری به عنوان تنها طرح برگزیده برای انبوه سازی انتخاب شد.

4- طراحی و ساخت تفنگ گازی: این تفنگ برای تست های بالستیک کاربرد دارد.

5- طراحی و ساخت سختی سنج تفنگی: این دستگاه سختی را به صورت شلیک و در جا اندازه می گیرد.

6- طراحی و ساخت دستگاه خستگی سایشی: این دستگاه در دانشگاه بوعلی سینا مورد استفاده قرار دارد و علاوه بر ثبت حقوقی، ثبت علمی نیز شده است.

7- طراحی و ساخت تفنگ گازی قدرتی برای تراکم سازی مواد تابعی: این دستگاه در دانشگاه بوعلی سینا مورد استفاده قرار دارد و علاوه بر ثبت حقوقی در یکی از جشنواره های کشوری به عنوان یکی از چند طرح برتر برگزیده انتخاب شد.

قراردادهای صنعتی با دانشگاه

1-     بررسی خستگی در سازه های دور از ساحل.

2-     طراحی و ساخت یک تفنگ گازی برای شلیک پرتابه ای به جرم 100gr و سرعت 1500m/s.

3-     طراحی و ساخت چمبر و سیستم شلیک کنترل شده برای تفنگ گازی طرح شماره 2.

4-     شبیه سازی و برخورد یک پرتابه به شبکه  های بافته شده از الیاف.

5-     ساخت سامانه اندازه گیری میدانی سطح منحنی انفجار و قابلیت استتار

6-     طراحی یک کارخانه ریخته گری اتوماتیک.

تأسیس آزمایشگاه تحقیقاتی ضربه و رفتار مواد

این آزمایشگاه در دو سوله به مساحت حدود 1500 مترمربع مجهز ترین آزمایشگاه ضربه و تعیین خواص مواد در کشور است. این آزمایشگاه دارای دستگاه هائی از قبیل دستگاه های یونیورسال تست کشش، خستگی مانند اینسترون و ایوری با ظرفیت 60 تن می باشد. آزمایشگاه مجهز به دستگاه های هاپکینسون فشاری، کششی، پیچشی و کشش ضربه ای به نام گوه پرتابی و تست خستگی سایشی می باشد. آزمایشگاه دارای یک پمپ فشار تا 2000 بار می باشد. همچنین انواع تفنگ های گازی در اندازه های مختلف برای تست مواد، پودرها، بتن، کامپوزیت ها و غیره می باشد. در این آزمایشگاه یک آزمایشگاه تنش پسماند به روش سوراخ زنی موجود است. وجود کوره عملیات حرارتی و دستگاه تراش، و ... کار پژوهش را برای دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی بسیار آسان کرده است. این آزمایشگاه از یک دستگاه وزنه افتان نیز برخوردار است. به استثنای دستگاه های یونیورسال اینسترون و ایوری بقیه دستگاه ها توسط اینجانب طراحی و ساخته شده اند. در این آزمایشگاه آزمایشات زیر قابل انجامند:

1- تست تعیین خواص مواد در نرخ های کرنش بسیار پائین تا بسیار بالا و ضربه

2- تست های بالستیک

3- تست های خستگی محوری و خمشی و خستگی سایشی

4- تعیین مکانیزم شکست مواد

5- اندازه گیری تنش پسماند

6- تست مخازن جدار ضخیم تا فشارهای 2000 بار

7- انجام فرآیندهای فلزی مختلف

8- انجام عملیات حرارتی

9- ماشینکاری
